We compare the MOG and MOND predictions of the Tully-Fisher relationship toobservations using gas-rich galaxies for which the baryonic mass can beestimated accurately. We find that both theories are in good agreement with thedata. Future observations of large, gas-rich galaxies may offer a means todistinguish between these two theories.
